1 hour combination of strength training/yoga/tai chi with 3 lb weights

What I Ate:

32 oz juiced apples/1 cucumber

5 cups watermelon

Super Hydrating Smoothie (or pudding)

1/2 cantaloupe

1 cup sliced mushrooms
