Shamrock Smoothie

  • 2 large or 3 small frozen bananas
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups packed spinach or lambsquaters (A wild edible containing more calcium than spinach!–I have a local farmer pick them for me)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Blend all ingredients, except chia seeds, in Vitamix.  Stir in chia seeds and enjoy!
