Antioxidant Rich

  • 2 bananas
  • 1-2 small apples (seeds removed)
  • 1/4 of a cored pineapple
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup goji berries (soaked in water for a few hours to soften)
  • handful carrot tops
  • 1/2 bunch dandelion greens
  • 3 cups water
  • dash of cinnamon
  • pinch of cayenne

Blend all ingredients in Vitamix. Makes approximately 1.5 Liters. I drink this throughout the day. Although it is best to blend and then drink, green smoothies can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
